I don't leave things at the surface. That kid who kept asking “why” - just taller.

I've spent my career on two problems: how to build systems that scale, and how people actually connect.

The first led to co-founding a startup that became Twitter's biggest acquisition.

The second is why I got formal training in psychology and why I write. I'm not psychoanalyzing you - probably.
